Talent Acquisition Manager

Location: Lyndhurst – Travel to hotel sites required

Hours & Working Pattern: Core 40 hours per week Monday-Friday, see flexible working below.

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 DOE

Flexible Working: This role can be considered for flexible working with a minimum of 32 hours or 4 days, with some home working. Many of our team work flexibly in different ways, we are happy to discuss options.

We are excited to start the search for a key role within The People Team at THE PIGS.

This role is responsible for leading the recruitment and selection across the group both internally and externally. The role focuses on building a strong talent pipeline to support future business growth. Developing effective ways of managing and promoting internal recruitment and Talent mobility, working in close collaboration with the wider People Team. This is a hands-on role being actively immersed in the business and taking responsibility for all areas of Talent Acquisition.

You will be actively driving candidate attraction through optimising advertising campaigns, partnering with recruitment agencies and platforms, and developing relationships with Colleges, Universities, Charities and other groups. The role will develop creative standout campaigns that reflects life at THE PIG using various ways of advertising including social media. The role is responsible for the recruitment budget, seeking to reduce costs with direct hires, measuring and providing information on recruitment strategy success, adjusting and responding to business needs.

You will developing internal hiring managers’ skills through training and support. Always promoting a positive candidate experience looking for the next set of ‘piggy people’; recruiting future talent who are aligned to company values and will continue the success of the group as we grow.

The Talent Acquisition Manager will partner with all Stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and deliver high-quality, creative talent solutions across all existing and new sites. Representing THE PIG brand and promoting Hospitality as a profession through all Talent Acquisition activities.

The role sits within the People Team and will work collaboratively with the other departments, Talent development, HR and Internal Comms to deliver the best for our teams, attracting and retaining top talent for the future.

Experience, Skills & Qualification Requirements:

Significant experience in recruitment and interviewing to a senior level either through agency or in house roles

Background in hospitality highly desirable

Confident with systems and online platforms

Understanding and knowledge of employment law relating to recruitment, understanding of contract terms for external partners such as agency and job boards.

Demonstrable experience of developing internal and external relationships

Target and data driven

Confident, engaging, and approachable

Able to plan and manage own workload effectively

Able to represent THE PIG brand and People Team professionally at all times

Desirable but nor essential – CIPD or REC qualified or experience and willingness to learn in wider areas of HR
