The Village Pub - Demi Chef de Partie

Location: The Village Pub, Barnsley, GL7 5EE

Salary: £12.71 per hour (OTE £16.06 per hour, including tronc).

Hours: 32 hours per week over 4 days, including paid overtime.

We are now recruiting for a Demi Ched de Partie for The Village Pub.

With crackling fires, friendly locals gathered at the bar, and a menu brimming with nostalgic classics that give a sense of comfort and home-cooked familiarity - with a serious wine list to match!

As Demi-Chef de Partie, you will experience all sections of the kitchen, keeping to timescales and ensuring the preparation and delivery of all food meets a high standard. You will need to be keen to roll your sleeves up, getting stuck in where needed, including the cooking of meat, fish, preparing cold starters and supporting with the pastry service by sending out desserts.

The Village Pub kitchen is a fast paced and energetic, which is what we look for in an individual.

Experience as a Demi Chef de Partie, within a similar establishment is required.
